Job Summary:Supports the preparation and review of travel authorizations and vouchers, transaction reconciliation, coordinator duties for the Government Travel Charge Card Individually Billed Accounts (GTCC IBAs), and provides policy-specific Defense Travel System (DTS) support for the agency.
Responsibilities:

• Role and Authority: As the Lead Analyst, oversee Travel Management operations with full authority to act on behalf of the contractor regarding all contract matters related to daily operations.
  
• Availability: Available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed. Provide basic after-hours support for emergency travel requirements.
  
• Weekly Reporting: Prepare weekly workload reports, including actions taken to resolve barriers and problems.
  
• Monthly Management Report: Create a monthly report summarizing the status of the travel program.
  
• Oversight of Accounting Clerks: Provide daily oversight of Accounting Clerks, clarifying their roles and responsibilities.
  
  Education/Certifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or Management Information Systems.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in travel management and data analysis.
    
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently and within a team.
    
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry and market trends is a plus.
    
  • Security Clearance: An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
    
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
