Job Description:
A company is looking for a Refund Analyst to review and analyze
refund claims based on specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Independently review and analyze refund requests to determine
appropriateness
Consult with various departments to ensure accurate application of
refunds
Process claims and track overpayment requests in the QicLink system
and Access database
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 5 years of medical claims analysis and adjudication
experience
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of computer systems
Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding terminology
Proficient in Excel and Word, with ability to learn Microsoft
Access
