Key Responsibilities
Lead the Core HCM and Advanced Compensation Workday
configuration
Configure and enhance business processes related to hiring, job
changes, and terminations
Collaborate with HR and internal teams to ensure seamless
integration of requirements into Workday
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global
companies
4+ years of experience in Workday configuration, including Advanced
Compensation
Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S.
and International locations
Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in prioritizing
workload
