Excellent medical facility looking to add a Sr. System Analyst - Web Developer to their team!Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Nursing, or Health-Care Administration; relevant experience in excess of three (3) years may be substituted.
• Seven to ten years of systems analysis experience focused on software development; preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with web application and software development.
• Ability to successfully function as an analyst on multiple projects concurrently, using applied principles of business system analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of business analysis principles and ability to apply best practices to designing and implementing projects.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Demonstrates content expertise regarding applications and business operations by mentoring staff and receiving satisfactory customer feedback.
• Ability to define functional requirements and systematically interpret functional requirements into applications design.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users/clients.
• Proven ability to create test strategies and test plans with the ability to execute various testing phases of a project and lead User Acceptance Testing activities.Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Healthcare Experience is a plus.
