The Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Digital Experience
team is looking for a Staff AI Content & Knowledge Strategist to
help deliver next-gen AI-first content experiences across all
products in our QuickBooks ecosystem. You'll work closely with
product and content designers, PMs, AI, Engineers, and Design
Researchers to shape the user experience and the way our team
approaches content creation and management in the age of AI.Each
year we help millions of customers find answers to their questions
and get the job done through our Customer Success digital channels.

average 2-3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a talented
Staff AI Content & Knowledge Strategist to join our team,
contribute to our mission and help us shape the future of self-help
experiences.This role requires a strong understanding of the latest
Generative AI developments and tools, as well as content design
craft. As a Staff AI Content & Knowledge Strategist, you will:
- Drive AI-first innovation in our content creation, knowledge
harvesting and management.
- Contribute to an AI-first strategy and roadmap to bring those
innovations to life and in the hands of our internal creators and
millions of small businesses.
- Accelerate experimentation with GenAI models & tools to support
creation and curation.
- Review and analyze product and domain-specific content from
multiple internal and external sources to curate high-quality
information and ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Support optimized structure and annotation of content to power
development of large language models and improve the overall
performance of our solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and content
creators on content-related needs and provide feedback on potential
improvements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends,
emerging technologies, and best practices to inform content
curation.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our content management
system, experiences and processes.
- Ensure all content adheres to our company's guidelines,
standards, and brand identity.Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer
Interaction, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or
equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience with content curation, technical
writing, artificial intelligence (NLP, ML, GenAI), computational
linguistics, or related fields.
- Significant experience with content management systems, digital
publishing tools, modular, structured content (e.g., DITA, WP
Gutenberg blocks), and UX design principles.
- Strong knowledge of AI/LLMs and how they work: training, source
content, prompts, output evaluation, etc.
- Exceptional ability to think across various content types &
formats, and personalize experiences to different audiences,
channels and touchpoints.
- Ability to understand and implement content-related processes
and standards to maximize content effectiveness and outcomes.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to
interpret complex information and present it in clear, concise
manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the
ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and the
ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO, taxonomies/ontologies, and other content
systems in order to improve retrieval, discovery, navigation,
etc.
- Command of writing fundamentals, including style, grammar, and
information architecture.
- Good understanding of help systems, design systems, usability,
accessibility, modularity, and framework.
- Ability to quickly synthesize and extrapolate data.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and interest in
coaching others.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out complex
projects with attention to detail.
- Team player willing and able to pitch in whenever and wherever
needed.
