channels.Responsibilities
- Acquire, grow and develop NEW & existing accounts within your
sales territory (80% NEW, 20% existing) Existing customers segments
include but not limited to:
- Liquor Stores
- Bars/Taverns
- Restaurants
- Accelerate sales growth within a territory by leveraging
specific products, promotions and programs designed to increase
sales and profit for both customers and PepsiCo.
- Analyze business trends and utilize insights to identify,
develop and expand business growth opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction through superior service and
execution.
- Work with NASMs and MDMs to prioritize and execute plans
against development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customer leadership and
frontline team, adhering to Gold Standard Work-With Protocol.
- Participate in customer team meetings, leading the plan to
achieve sales objectives and goals.
- Conduct weekly route rides with customer sales reps to identify
opportunities, build relationships with operators and coach
performance, selling and customer service skills.
- Partner with product supply team to create accurate forecasts
based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product
availability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and/or
weekends.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
periodically.Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between
$66,000 - $110,550.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and
education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15%
of annual salary paid out quarterly.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental
leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience with PepsiCo or CPG
organization, including Account Management, Sales Leadership and/or
Category Management experiences.
- Superior time management skills, ability to handle multiple
projects, set priorities and plan.
- Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment agreement
and commitments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact
skills at all levels within an organization.
- Self-Starter, ability to work independently in the absence of
direct supervision.
- Exceptional results orientation - with a high degree of
personal initiative and leadership.
- MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).EEO
