Job Description:
The Manager, Marketing Project oversees daily project management
needs, marketing process and facilitates the workflow of creative
projects, timelines and assets for marketing design outputs. The
role will regularly execute projects themselves as well. They will
work closely with department Leads and Directors to ensure projects
are completed to corporate design standards and to align workflow
priorities and deadlines. This role makes decisions within scope of
current policies and procedures set by Marketing leadership and
corporate design standards. Projects may include any of the company
brands or partners as assigned.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead frequent inter-departmental meetings to gauge production
workload and stay consistently informed of all active and
forecasted work.
- Lead continuous evaluation and proactively make improvements to
departmental and companywide processes as it pertains to internal
and external timelines.
- Manage and execute established production schedules for digital
design production projects. Will be assigned own projects to work
on regularly.
- Oversee high level planning and prioritizing of print
production projects and managing the workflow to ensure all
information and assets are included in requests before handing off
to Graphic Design Lead.
- Lead team to define and promote a successful design request
form request process to gather all information needed to begin a
project.
- Lead implementation and usage of project management tools as
utilized by department.
- Identify available resources and assign individual
responsibilities to creative and production staff.
- Identify potential issues and pro-actively work with team
members to address.
- Create, maintain and distribute of weekly communications to
team members for various client project milestones and status.
- Keep the flow of information consistent, open, honest and
transparent, communicating critical information to relevant parties
with urgency.
- Enforce strict adherence to standardized procedures, such as
the consistent application of naming conventions, file/folder
organization, versioning control, job slugs, etc.
- Manage team members and added responsibilities as assigned.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of company products and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution
skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as, but not
limited to, Monday.com, Asana, Workfront, Basecamp, etc.
- Manages team to adhere to schedules and on-time delivery.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects with
conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle ambiguity and solve
problems.
- Skilled project manager; understanding of project management
and the internal workings of the company, and the role of project
management within it.
- Strong ability to manage others, motivate cross-functional
partners with excellent public speaking skills.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and
the ability to manage large outputs of creative with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; positive
attitude.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build strong work relationships and collaborate with
others in cross-functional teams.
- Team player mentality and drive for results in high-paced
environment.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, in
related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital, print production or
marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years managing others required.
- Proficient knowledge of Monday.com and the ability to navigate
through project management and asset management tools
required.
- Golf knowledge or industry experience preferred.If your
