Job Description:
Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested
applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be

who respond to this flyer. Duties * You will be responsible for the
overall integrated management, planning, scheduling of facilities
that requires a variety of berthing management and administrative
knowledge in berthing activities. * You will be responsible for the
direct management of facilities berthing projects supporting the
Unaccompanied Bachelor Housing (Barracks) operations. * You will
prepare appropriate Unaccompanied Bachelor Housing (Barracks)
reports for higher authority. * You will act as the principal
advisor for Unaccompanied Bachelor Housing (Barracks) berthing and
furnishings. * You will develops berthing cost reduction procedures
and techniques and monitors cost reduction and self-help
maintenance efforts for Unaccompanied Bachelor Housing (Barracks)
operations. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US
Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. *
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees

at 5 CFR 2635.101. * This position is subject to work an uncommon
tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission
requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual
duty hours may be required. Position is subject to recall.
Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year
of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade
level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience
in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must
demonstrate the following: assisting with overseeing bachelor
housing programs (e.g., operation, maintenance and housing
utilization), assisting with operational procedures and housing
improvement plans, and involved with budgets and budget execution

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including

You may also meet the minimum qualifications through education
and/or combination of education and experience by satisfying one of
the following: Successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent
doctoral degree
or Successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher
level graduate education leading to such a degree
or Successfully completed an LL.M., if related or Have a
combination of education and experience that equates to one of
experience. My percentage of experience and education equate to one
hundred percent. Additional information This position is covered by
the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several
